M. Marcus Kiley Middle School students learn about careers in Health and Fitness during Junior Achievement Day at Fitness First health club in Feeding Hills, Massachusetts.

Kurt and Paula Welker, owners of Fitness First, met with students to discuss career opportunities in the Health and Fitness field. Linda Methe, Yoga Instructor, Brandon Welker, Fitness Director, and Garrett Welker, Finance Administrator, spoke to students about their own educational experiences from middle school to present day. Fitness First staff members also discussed what inspired them to work in the Health and Fitness field.

The students participated in a spinning class, yoga class, small group training class, which included abdominal work-out, and TRX strength training work-out. Students also were introduced to “SPLASH” water aerobics activity.
