The whole reason why I am in fitzone is because of Mr. Laurenzano. He has been the greatest teacher I have met because he sees the greater person in us. He pushes us past hard obstacles, hard challenges,and basically anything that you find hard. When I first joined fitzone , I thought it was all about working out, but Mr. Laurenzano kept giving inspirational speeches and because of those , I was motivated to keep going to fitzone because it wasn ’ t just a workout session , it was a moment to see how good you are in life , see the potential in you and say to yourself , “ I can do this no matter what!” Also, when I joined fitzone , I had problems of my own ; Bullies , assignments , attitude , and just being me . But after Mr. Laurenzano kept checking up on me to see if I was doing good , that made me push past those challenges and because of him , I found my confidence . He lifted my spirit and I now see that I have so much potential that I never would of thought of having if I didn’t join fitzone . Mr. Laurenzano is an amazing, inspirational person and he would do anything in his will to see his students pass grade , make it to the next day , have a good time and mostly importantly , leave his class with a smile . That smile isn’t only just for show . Deep down , that smile gives you power, a force to keep you going . A force that makes you want to make it through tomorrow without anything standing in your way . That smile goes to show how much of a great person Mr . Laurenzano really is . The ability to get your students smiling before they leave your class ? To push them past their challenges and to overcome anything that ’s thrown at them ? He’s just one of a kind . Mr . Laurenzano is also the most accepting person ever . You tell him something that bothers you and he’ll think of a way to get past that problem . You need help with managing your time ? Mr. Laurenzano is that guy to help. You need help with a terrible day ? Mr. Laurenzano is that guy to help. You need help with changing your sad feelings? Mr. Laurenzano is that guy to help. Mr.Laurenzano covers most of your problems. He knows how to talk to someone depending on how they feel . He knows how to help someone with most of their problems. He knows how to change someone ’s mood no matter how they are feeling . He knows how to put a smile on someone ’s face no matter what time it is. Another thing , when your in the workout place , Mr.Laurenzano already has some exercises of his own that he lets his students know . When your having trouble , he’s there , telling you,“Come on, you got this ! Don ’ t give up ! You ’re better than that ! I believe in you !” You have no idea how much that changes someone . Their eyes really open up and they get past the obstacle at that moment in time without breaking a sweat . Those words push someone past , what they think is, their limit. Because of Mr . Laurenzano , I see myself going far in life . I have a good future set for myself and I ’ m pretty sure he can do the same for anyone that joins fitzone , they just have to believe in Mr. Laurenzano.

Good evening

My name is Chailee , and my son attends kiley middle school kids for zone , I just want to start of thanking all the teachers and Mr Laurenzano for the support and encouragement they give these kids and my son. Big applause to them how they take they’re time with the students and care for them amazing!!!

I just want to say that fit zone really changed my son it inspire him to see things different and to make right choices . He love this program he would come home saying mom , mom omg the class is so good and would tell me all the different things they would do , know with remote learning he still brags and talk about it and tells mom I’m going to work out downstairs . And let me tell you this has help him a lot his mind set , health , and his well-being , this program here encourages him to do anything that anything is possible if he puts his mind to it , and he loves to encourage others and support them as well. This is an awesome program they have going on cause it really keeps the kids busy and something to look forward and the challenges and my son loves it , he loves this program and I love it cause it gives him motivation and him making the right choices , and the most importantly the support these kids have from these teachers it’s been amazing . Let me tell you I can’t complain how they take time to reach out to every kid to check how they doing and encouraging them to do well and giving them advice they are just amazing all the teachers are jist amazing and I thank them for that . Mr Laurenzano has also been part of my son motivation his has inspire my son that my son once told me I want to be like him his so cool , and he always hear me out when I need him and he gives me that trust mom that I can go to him for anything . I believe that this fit zone help a lot of kids getting out of trouble staying motivated giving them hope and the way of thinking and making right choices good decisions , and being healthy even mentally ,. I hope that they continue this program cause My youngest son will be going to kiley and I’m looking forward for him to join this program . Thank you so much to all the teachers and supporters and especially fit zone ... I’m a fit zone mom supporter...

Dear Jennifer Connolly, my name is Winna mother of Krucial. For the pass three years I have known Mr Laurenzano and it has been a blessing. His FitZone class after school is something my son looks forward to. When he was in school my son was always there, it not only helped him physically but socially as well and it helped him gain some friends. It was hard at first to make friends but this program broke down a wall my son once had. The transition from elementary to middle school was hard. Not being able to talk to people was scary at the beginning and it was hard. FitZone helped out a lot on that and my son now speaks out and has friends too. Mr Laurenzano is a great teacher to the students and a great friend. Not only has he gain students friendships but with parents as well. My husband and I talk to Mr Laurenzano and he is one of the best teacher we can count on to be there for our son whether it is after school or with his academic. FitZone has made my son want to workout even when there is no FitZone after school. I have my son asking me if I can workout with him. This after school program has made a big impact in my son life and we are very grateful for that. To see my son grow and make positive changes in his life is a great thing do to this program. Even with the pandemic here and no not having in school interaction that hasn’t stop this group. My son will grab his computer, go downstairs to the basement and do his workout. He drinks his protein shake cause Mr Laurenzano reminds him to. It’s great to see my son have this in his life. It makes him happy and that makes me know that everything Mr Laurenzano is doing is great. Thank you for supporting FitZone we are highly very appreciative.
